My Daily Routine

Reading
I’m a person of habits. Every day starts the same way. My alarm goes off at 6:30 a.m. I don’t like waking up early, but I’ve learned to enjoy the quiet mornings.
First, I exercise for thirty minutes — usually jogging in the park near my house. Then I take a shower and get dressed. For breakfast, I have coffee, toast with butter, and a piece of fruit.
I leave for work at 8 a.m. I usually take the train, which takes about twenty-five minutes. During the ride, I like to listen to podcasts or read the news on my phone.
I work from 9 to 5:30. I have a one-hour lunch break at noon. I sometimes eat at my desk, but when the weather is nice, I go to the park.
After work, I go home and make dinner. I enjoy cooking — it helps me relax after a long day. In the evening, I might watch a TV show, read a book, or call a friend.
I try to be in bed by 11 p.m. A good routine keeps me healthy and productive.
