My Neighbourhood

Reading
I live in a quiet neighbourhood in the centre of town. It’s a pleasant place with tree-lined streets and a small park nearby.
There’s a supermarket just around the corner where I do my weekly shopping. Next to it, there’s a bakery that makes the most delicious bread. The smell in the morning is wonderful!
Our neighbours are very friendly. Mrs. Chen, who lives next door, often brings us homemade dumplings. Mr. Williams across the road always says hello when he walks his dog.
The best thing about my neighbourhood is the community garden. Local residents grow vegetables and flowers there. On Saturdays, there’s a small market where people sell fresh produce and handmade crafts.
The only problem is the traffic during rush hour. The main road gets very busy and noisy. But overall, I really love where I live. It feels like home.
